Shipping Policy


Where we ship:
Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) ships only to the USA & Canada. We have no intention of shipping outside North America at the this time.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is eligible only within the continental (lower 48) United States and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We do not ship outside of the USA & Canada. Free shipping is eligible ONLY for ground continental domestic orders and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We can offer good rates to Alaska and Hawaii on parcel post (can be very slow - we have seen this take 6 weeks.) Give us a call if you would like a quote on parcel post to Alaska or Hawaii 1-800-950-9109. Free shipping is only free on orders that exceed $100 because we pay for it, if you wish to return an item, we will deduct the amount that we paid to ship it to you. (please see our return policy)

Shipping Carrier:

Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) currently ships through UPS and USPS, however, we (Bosch Kitchen Center -mykitchencenter.com) reserves the right to change carriers at any time without notice. Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) will determine the carrier of choice on all shipping, including items that are shipped free. You may request an alternate shipping company in which you may be charged an additional amount to compensate for the difference in shipping rates. You may also request to use your own shipping account.

Pick Ups:

Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) offers pick ups on all orders. Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) is a retail store located at 8940 South 700 East Sandy, UT 84070. We do not charge shipping on a pick up order however you will be liable for Utah state sales tax (.0685)

Theft of Delivered Package:

Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) can not replace lost or stolen merchandise. Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) comissions a carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS etc... to deliver merchandise to you on your behalf. You may optionally arrange shipping yourself if you so choose. If you will not be available to recieve your package at the time of delivery or can not ensure safety of the delivery of your package(s) you run the risk of theft. We suggest ensuring the safety of your arriving package(s) or purchasing optional insurance (available by phone 1-800-950-9109) on your delivery. If your package is lost or stolen but we have a tracking # confirming delivery to your location then you should report this to the carrier that delivered the item immediately. You may also wish to check with your neighbors.

Return Shipping:

If you wish to return an item within the terms of our return policy, you are (not Bosch Kitchen Center -mykitchencenter.com) responsible for shipping the product safely in original condition and packaging toBosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com). Damaged Package:

Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately with the carrier that delivered the item (FedEx, UPS, USPS etc...). Please also notify us by calling 1-800-950-9109. Bosch Kitchen Center (mykitchencenter.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost but we have a tracking # confirming delivery to your location then you should report this to the carrier that delivered the item immediately. You may call us to purchase insurance on your delivery.
